H2O Supplies acts as a facilitator, connecting clients with independent waterproofing consultants and agencies.
Consultancy services are delivered by the assigned consultant or agency, who remain solely responsible for their advice, reports, and outcomes.
Bookings must be made via our official booking platform.
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Any cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling requests must be made in writing to us.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking.
You are responsible for ensuring site access and conditions suitable for consultancy work.
H2O Supplies is not liable for the professional advice, reports, or work provided by independent consultants.
Any disputes regarding service quality must be addressed directly with the consultant or agency engaged.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Reports, drawings, or documents produced by consultants remain their intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
