Enquiries are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Following confirmed engagement, site assessments are scheduled according to availability and urgency.
We operate strictly in an independent advisory capacity and are covered by professional indemnity insurance. We do not undertake licensed waterproofing contracting works. Where rectification is required, works must be carried out and certified by a QBCC-licensed contractor.
